Changeover day is Saturday (arrival after 4pm and departure by noon). Prices (in British pounds) are for the whole house and include electricity and linen. For visits of more than a week there is a 10% discount for the second week. Half is payable to secure a booking, the remainder 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. The house can sleep 5 people but is best for a couple or a family of 3 or 4 as the house is small and open plan. Please note that an additional £15 per person is payable for any persons over two to cover additional laundry & cleaning costs.
Non-sterling cheques and PAYPAL payments accepted, bank/PayPal charges will be charged on at cost (approximately 5%).
